Family income does not determine eligibility for the Birth to 3 program.  Developmental screening, evaluation and service coordination are always provided for free.

Families with the ability to pay may be asked to participate in the cost of the program.  The amount that parents may pay is based on a sliding fee schedule.

Medical Assistance (such as Badger Care) and private insurance can be billed with family permission.
